Behold The Locale, a new four-story, 16-unit condominium at 267-269 Kingsland Avenue from TreeTop Development. The Greenpoint market just ain't what it used to be, so this subway-inspired building's next stop is Auctionville. On November 11th at the Downtown Brooklyn Marriott at 333 Adams Street, auctioneer Sheldon Good & Company will bang the gavel on the building's units. Four apartments will be sold "absolute" regardless of price. Suggested opening bids start at $150,000 for units that were asking $445,000 to $599,000. Here are some design details:
