Curbed PriceChopper: Luminary Wants To Be Noticed

New, 10 comments

After more than a year on the market and no activity whatsoever, Greenwich Village's Luminary finally opened the door to the Chopper in a desperate plea for attention. One PriceChop later, all unit prices are not-so-mysteriously 12 to 18 percent lower. Two-bedrooms are now on offer for $1.46 to $1.66 million. The three-bedroom duplex penthouse with keyed elevator access (and a reinforced concrete terrace!) is $2.46 million. Other perks: the building has a "unique heptagonal structure," so you won't forget which one you live in the way you might with one of those run-of-the-mill rectangular buildings. (Don't you just hate it when that happens?)
For the interested -- or those whose first reaction is "please let me buy one so I can go inside and stop looking at it" -- here's the menu:
