Yes, we know: We already hit our Jonathan Miller quota for today. But the appraiser has gone on his blog with this hilarious update:
I spilled my coffee this morning when we received the following request to bid on an appraisal assignment by a national retail bank. The request included the comment: occupied by violent squators, will require police escort
Fearing this could mean the end of his career as Curbed's graph guru, Miller passed on the chance to bid. He'd only tell us that this mystery bank is in Manhattan. So where is this all-too-literal symbol of capitalism's cruel fate? Rumors? Reports? Photos? Reasons for why not Williamsburg? Someone has to know something. UPDATE: We badgered JMillz until he at least gave up the neighborhood: Harlem.
