This townhouse at 141 East 19th Street belonged to designer Abbijane Schifrin, who died in March. At one point, to finance her purchase, Schifrin split the townhouse into two condos, but now, in a rare display of neighborly we-can-finally-get-rid-of-this-ness, Schifrin's heirs and the upstairs residents have come together to put the whole thing on the market. It's hard to choose a favorite between the angelrific Barbie's Dream House bedroom and the aquamarine bathroom, but you can now get the whole zany 10-room package for a mere $8.75 million, plus $34,921 in annual taxes. Repaint and we kill you.
