An apartment in 300 West 14th Street, the former New York County National Bank building (now a men's spa), changed hands in late August for $1.99 million, slightly more than similarly-sized apartments sold for during the boom. Now another one of the building's condos is on the market, and the stakes are higher! Can the seller get $5.99 million for duplex #202-4? We're not sure, but we do like the combination of dark hardwood floors and open space. We'd also like the elephant tusks as a throw-in, please.
