Closings kicked off this month at 80 Metropolitan, one of the biggest Williamsburg condo developments not towering over the East River or McCarren Park. Not only that, but the amenity spaces are pretty much done as well. To celebrate these achievements, 80 Met let us in one recent evening to have a look around the place. Where once mustard was made, condo buyers can now work up a sweat, take a dip in the indoor pool or chillax in private rooftop cabanas. The tagline was once "More stuff. More Williamsburg." There's plenty of stuff, so...success! Just over a third of the building's 123 apartments and townhouses are in contract.
