It's the last nail in the coffin for the Sweater Factory Lofts, where tenants were ordered to vacate last month due to conditions deemed "immediately perilous to life." (We wonder how inadequate that sprinkler system really was.) A sign now up on the building informs tenants, who have been finding new homes with the assistance of the Red Cross, that all apartment locks have been changed. Just in case they weren't aware.
