The residents of the four-unit 8 Thomas Street (last sale: $2.535 million in '08) have roped a second newspaper into writing about their campaign against the McDonald's at Thomas and Broadway, which parks its delivery trucks on the block and sends fumes and noise all up in their condos. Says one resident, "Every time someone opens the front door, the fumes get trapped in the hallways. No matter where you go in the building, you're exposed to it." If they keep complaining they may find themselves getting an unannounced visit from a very pissed-off Hamburglar. [Tribeca Trib; previously]
