Yep, this 4BR, 3.5BA condo down in the Financial District is indeed inside Philippe Starck's Downtown Insanity Palace at 15 Broad Street. Like we said, it's hard to keep the identity of a building with its own bowling alley a secret. No correct guesses on the asking price ($4.3M was the highest) but plenty of analysis into the world of the D.I.P., such as, "Given the amount of listings in the building, I would be shocked if this is above $1000 sq ft," and this whopper: "I did a between-units noise test on an apartment in this building and the results were great--whatever they did for between-units noise suppression is working--unlike the dump in Park Slope where I currently live. I love 15 Broad, but only at the correct price." Not only correct price! According to the listing, this pad is "ONLY FOR THE SPECIAL FEW."
