This duplex in the Boerum Hill/Cobble Hill DMZ triggered some interesting conversation?about whether the big basement level should be used to grow hydroponic pot. As for the actual task at hand, there were no direct hits, but Curbed commenter PricedOut came pretty darn close: "The upper level is definitely the first floor and the lower level is half below grade. Appears to be newer construction but that doesn't mean water infiltration in the lower level won't be a problem. The really large common areas on separate levels, multiple bathrooms, backyard, and large laundry area would lend it to being a good house to raise children.
