The condo, located in the DoBro/Fort Greene DMZ at 230 Ashland Place, is back on the market with some shiny new pricing. The units are now asking between $335,825 and $760,325. (At last look, the building was 37 percent sold.) Oh, how things change: one unit, 15A, began life asking $999,500 million and is now asking $547,220.
