Brokerage Brown Harris Stevens has lost its marketing agreement for One Madison Park to nemesis Prudential Douglas Elliman. It was rumored that the building's brokers inflated sales by putting deposits down on units, planning to flip them later. And that's only the tip of the 60-story iceberg that is One Madison Park, where several buyers have backed out of their purchases and there was even, possibly, a deposit-refund-worthy discrepancy in the offering plan.
