Noise Wars: Airport Edition

A San Francisco man has filed a lawsuit that challenges New York's long-held claim to the world's most frivolous noise complaints. A former political aide and disbarred attorney is suing San Francisco International Airport and others claiming that noise from the airport ruined his marriage, among other maladies. The suit (he's seeking $555 million) names the airport, airlines and the real estate agents who sold him the house, which is four miles from SFO. He also wants the former owner to take the $1.475 million property back. [Zillow Blog]
