And now, the results of yesterday's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game...

Asking: $1.995 million
Once we remembered to add in the cross streets (our bad!), this architect-needed loft generated guesses from $2 million to $3 million, a little over the actual ask of $1.995 million. But, as one commenter pointed out, that price doesn't factor in reno costs: "What an insanely large living/dining area, and how scrawny the private spaces (which DO indeed need windows!!) are. Now add in the architect fees, construction costs, etc. and you have yourself something that will end up costing north of $4 million when all is said & done." Others pegged those renovation costs at $750,000. Takers?
