Solaria Condominium in Riverdale is the first high-rise luxury residential building in NYC to hold an auction. The auction is Sunday, Nov. 22 at 1 p.m., at the Sheraton Hotel & Towers in Manhattan and will be conducted by REDC, which has auctioned 50,000 properties for $6 billion in the last two years. 54 residences will be auctioned.
Solaria is the highest building in Riverdale and offers unprecedented views of the Hudson River, Palisades and Manhattan. The development includes onsite parking; a state-of-the-art fitness center; 24-hour doorman; an indoor-outdoor children’s play area; and the city’s first stargazing roof deck with Meade telescope observatory.
