The Observer's Max Abelson reports on the buyers of Walt Disney grandniece Abigail Disney's 300 West End Avenue co-ops. Disney originally listed the apartment, Harry Belafonte's former party house, for $13.45 million. There were no takers, and a PriceChop didn't make the magic happen for Disney, either. But a UnitChop did -- Disney and her husband finally found buyers when they split the apartment into two. One sold for $3.75 million, and the second for $3.45 million to Christie's deputy chairmen Amy Gold and Brett Gorvy. [NYO; previously]
