A new month brings us a new iPhone app of note—Corcoran's iPhone App, to be exact. The free app, which just hit the iTunes App Store today, shows all the firm's property resale and rental listings, of course, but also offers maps of nearby open houses and neighborhood restaurants and watering holes, plus short animated Barbara Corcoran cartoons. We're kidding about that last one, though there's always hope for version 1.1. [Corcoran]
