FLATBUSH?The 2,500-unit Flatbush Gardens, which has a bit of a Stuy Town complex, is utilizing an old Stuy Town strategy: rewarding tenants for pimping the 'hood to buddies. But whereas Stuy Towners can get free cars for their trouble, Flatbush Gardens, according to a release, is offering cash. The Flatbush Gardens Resident Referral Incentive Program grants tenants a $100 rent credit for the first referral that turns into a signed lease, followed by $200 for the second and maxing out at $300 for the third.
