This week's top dish from Eater, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...
1) Upper East Side: A new restaurant has just opened in the Guggenheim Museum named, brace archinerds, The Wright. You have our permission to order the falling water.
2) East Village: Michael "Bao" Huynh cannot be stopped. Having already launched 10,000 new restaurants in 2009 including a Baoguette on St. Marks Place, Huynh tells Eater he has leases on three more St. Marks storefronts. One concepts he's considering: Baorittos.
3) Jackson Heights: Have a beer at the Ready Penny Inn "and you're bound to get some of Helen's lip." Who's Helen? Clearly you're not a regular.
4) East Village: Because the Cooper Square Hotel just can't stay quiet for more than a week, word on the Bowery is that the hotel's Table 8 restaurant will be replaced by a concept from Italian cuisine golden boy.
