The wavy glass facade on architect Audrey Matlock's Chelsea Modern is already an eye-catching sight, but in the West Chelsea Starchitecture District, daytime curb appeal is just not enough. So the developer convinced all the residents to flip their lights on at the same time earlier this week for the above picture snapped by photographer Michael Roberto.
