Continuing the tiny apartments trend of late, Apartment Therapy has a very cool photo tour of a 170-square-foot Tudor City studio recently remodeled by its pied-a-terre tenant turned full-time resident. The 10' x 17' space was purchased five years go in an unrenovated, 1920s state, and the before-and-after photos are pretty wild. Extra cool touch: the original floor plan for the building is framed and hanging on the kitchen wall. [AT]
