We haven't indulged our little obsession with the Midtown edition of The Setai in a few months, but broker-blogger Andrew Fine has some fresh pictures of the Gwathmey Siegel project. The 57-story hotel/condo is looking more fully glassed these days. Opening, last we heard, is still planned for late 2010, which means by the time your eyeballs hit this sentence we've probably already made a reservation for the ice cave.
