Blog Pardon Me For Asking is trying to stoke the flames over a Carroll Gardens school's desire to expand onto its paved-over front yard along First Place. Last year the City Council passed a zoning amendment that said building and parking on the neighborhood's famed front gardens is a no-no, and PMFA sees this potential exception as a slippery slope: "Imagine if more owners of corners properties should claim the right to build on their corner garden?"
