Imagine the housewife-targeting wares of the Home Shopping Network being pitched from a glass-encased Madison Avenue penthouse. That's probably going to happen, because HSN leased the 18th Floor of the revamped 545 Madison Avenue for its executive offices and maybe even a few "studio presentations."
