Back in September, Williamsburg new development 125 North 10th Street broke out the trumpets to announce "dramatic price cuts" of about 10 to 15 percent. A few of the building's units have just met with the Chopper in a more closed-door session, for cuts of four to 14 percent. November's closed sales include one at 22.1 percent off list price, so a little more trimming may be required. Or perhaps just another missive from our favorite building booster.
