Remember the Larry Silverstein-Port Authority feud over the immediate fate of World Trade Center Towers 2 and 3? No? Well the two sides went to arbitration over the matter a little while back, and Crain's notes that the three-judge panel finished hearing the case in early December. Like everything else at the WTC, there is no deadline for a decision, though one is expected in early 2010. And then?
