This week's top dish from Eater, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...
1) UWS: All of the fixtures and artifacts from Tavern on the Green will go on the block in mid-January, should you be looking looking to decorate your dining room with Tavern on the Green chairs. For those with outdoor space, the topiaries will also be up for bids.
2) NYC: Those of who base our seasonal labels on such things as temperature might not know it, but it's winter. So say Balthazar and Shake Shack. The former put up its vestibule last weekend; the latter is enforcing its 9 PM winter closing and accepting call-in orders.
3) Midtown: Celebrity chef and reality TV star Gordon Ramsay has sold off his struggling West 54th Street restaurant, Gordon Ramsay at the London. The new manager is The London NYC, but the space is keeping the Ramsay name and Michelin stars.
