This adorable little Turtle Bay penthouse comes our way via The Real Estalker, which notes that the 1BR, 1BA co-op belonged to late author, investigative journalist and overall very large personality Dominick Dunne, who died in August. It's at 155 East 49th Street, asking $1.45 million (maintenance is $1,681), and clearly the star of the show is that wraparound terrace, which distracts from the pesky bathroom-through-the-bedroom layout. For once we're on the side of the brokerbabble, which calls the penthouse "charming" and "very bright and cheerful." Care to disagree?
