FIDI, IRVING PLACE & BED-STUY?Though their fates weren't in doubt, the Landmarks Preservation Commission finally voted on the matter, and now the Con Ed building at 4 Irving Place (& 14th Street) and One Chase Manhattan Plaza downtown are NYC's newest landmarks.
