The Observer's Max Abelson files a long story on Elliman top performer/legend Dolly Lenz, and now that "Jaws" has lost Manhattan House, Miraval Living and the Cipriani Club Residences, the vultures are circling. Says one anon Corcoran rival: "She's a gifted dealmaker, but she’s not a marketing person. Good at marketing herself: Dolly Lenz as an institution, an epic, mythological figure.
