Built on a 33,000-square-foot floating barge and containing six slips. the glass-and-teflon terminal?moored next to the New York Mercantile Exchange Building?will run ferries to four New Jersey sites and back, as well as New York Water Taxi and Liberty Park Water Taxi service. Did we mention it cost $50 million?
