Lordy! Is the price tag on this townhouse co-op so unreasonable? Our PriceSpotters seem to think so, as most guesses were in the high 1's, low 2's. Sure, some of the parts are a little rough, but the location! The yard! No one hit the nail on the head, but a couple folks lurked. Said one: "Three levels, big private backyard space, in a true prime neighborhood, I'll say $3.1 million." Close, but no sexy shower.
