Shvo & Dolly Finally Agree on Something: Market Stinks

For a Barron's cover story on the rotting Manhattan luxury real estate market, writer Leslie Norton kicks off the fireworks in the best possible way?with Michael Shvo, who says that while 20 Pine has received "20-25 offers from bottom fishers" for its unsold units, "the developer isn't interested." That's pretty much it out of the Shvo, so we turn next to his archenemy, superbroker Dolly Lenz, who in July famously told the Post, "There's simply a shortage of unaffordable housing."
