A tipster sends in the above construction shot of the 19-foot-wide condo building rising at Park Avenue and 87th Street, a lean building for these lean times. Per the signage at the site, the Sotheby's-repped building will be called 1055 Park, and will consist of only five units. Curious about what five spankin' new apartments in the classy old Upper East Side are aiming for nowadays? As are we, friends, but 1055's website is not ponying up the good quite yet. With just five units, we imagine the H. Thomas O'Hara-designed building will carry some hefty monthly charges. Any intel?
