As the Frank Gehry-architected Beekman Tower at 8 Spruce Street down in Ye Olde FiDi pushes further into the sky, we're starting to get a sense of how the 76-story rental behemoth will affect the views of neighbors. Above, two perspectives, one from Peck Slip looking towards City Hall, and one from the magic world outside J&R Music World. And just wait: the retina-damaging aluminum wrap hasn't even been started—though that's only a matter of time.
A tipster braves the snow to send the photos below from ground-level at the Beekman Tower, and includes this note: "Hey Curbed, It's not as cool as the metal skin when that arrives (very soon), but here's a few iPhone pics of the building's base (which will be a school) getting windowed."
