We were a little cagey on the details of the location of this Tribeca beauty, but couldn't resist mentioning that we recently spent some time in the building (one of our Tribeca faves!). That was the clue that we were talking about 7 Hubert Street, where the sprawling penthouse is currently on the market for $14.5 million. This is the smallest and cheapest 7 Hubert unit currently on the market (out of four total), so how did our PriceSpotters fare? OK. Guesses hit a high of $3.4M and sank as low as $1.596M (c'mon now), and in the end, one Anonymous suspiciously guessed correctly after the building was ID'd. Fair price for the Hubie? We'll see when it closes.
