Forbes checks in with hotel developer Sam Chang, who's not going to let a little financing meltdown and $50 million loss in Trump Entertainment Resorts stop him from opening up 20 new hotels in the next 20 months. The McSam boss misses the days of the sliver hotels that made him rich ("That 18-feet-wide hotel can never be built today. It will go down in history."), and says, hotel bust be damned, "Any hotel in Manhattan will be fine." However, "We will be really lucky to see 25% of developers survive this." [Forbes, ChangWire]
