The Skinny: The main attraction of this full-floor apartment? How about the 35 feet of frontage staring straight into Central Park? No? Well, then at least it's close to the new Subway! This place could use some outdoor space, but we're not complainin', especially after checking out the view from what some people would call West 110th Street (and there's just something so Don Johnson about elevators that open up directly into apartments). Life is cheaper on this side of Olmsted and Vaux's creation, but what sort of price tag are we talking here?
