An email list for Inwood parents is blowing up with reports of a "relentlessly jaunty" ice cream truck that's tormenting the neighborhood: "The tune was so loud it sounded like it was right outside our apartment. Not to mention how dubious it seems for an ice cream truck to be out at 10 pm, on a Sunday night, in March." Per the Inwoodite blog, the problems may be far deeper than anyone has yet realized: "Apparently there are two offending trucks -- a white one and a green one, plate number as yet unknown."
