The 26-story sister building to the Financial District's 2 Gold Street, this generation's Dormandie Court, is almost ready to open. The tower, rising from the ashes of historic 211 Pearl Street, will be incorporated into the original 51-story fountain of nubile youth, and so its developer Rockrose has launched a brand new website for the luxury rental complex highlighting all the things that make 2 Gold so appealing, like the rooftop lawn, and babes in bikinis. And is that courtyard off the third floor?complete with waterfall?a new addition? Finally, building residents can spy on sunbathers without having to trek up to the roof.
