The iconic Lower East Side Streit's Matzo Factory at the corner of Rivington and Suffolk Streets (est. 1925) has again been pulled off the market, it seems. Two months ago the $25 million listing for the assemblage of interconnected tenement buildings vanished after over a year of being shopped, only to resurface on our radar last week. Now, that latest $25 million listing is gone from the Halstead website. Maybe the Streit family didn't want any distractions; Passover fast approaches, and there's matzo to make!
