While it seems like every booze-based biz in Red Hook is suffering from sort of lease dispute, at least Tini Wine Bar's landlord battle ended in a move, not a shuttering. And that's cause for celebration, Red Hook style: "Costumes were encouraged but not required, and among the people who showed up were a stilt-walker, a few pirates, a man wearing a blue plushy bathrobe and a orange and pink feathered headdress ('I made the hat for Burning Man,' he explained) and Carolina Salguero, who was strapped into a fully rigged miniaturized wooden ship outfit."
