The exposed beams and North 3rd Street location should have easily given up the identity of this Northside Williamsburg property as the Mill Building, and if it didn't, our handy new map tool's printing of the address certainly did. Oops! We're still learning how to play with our new toys, sorry. Let's call this one a wash, and take the opportunity to point out that the Mill Building is on our list of Top 3 Williamsburg Condo Conversions, joining the Gretsch and Esquire buildings. Just personal pref, and we'd be curious to hear readers' thoughts.
