They are the same size at 1,293 square feet, though the 5B resale has the advantage of being listed as a true 2BR because both bedrooms have windows (no home office here!). Even so, the price was recently cut $50,000 at 5B to a new ask of $749,000, while it was increased $40,000 at 9O to $789,250. A tipster has been monitoring the situation:
"My wife and I have been watching these two apts after going to this building back in November. Previously 9O was listed at that $789k price, then it was reduced 40k to 749. So they essentially marked it back up to the old price, pre-market downturn. But then, 5B got reduced by 50k, approx same size, but actual 2bedr with windows. Neither has a view. Just some inconsistent pricing there.
