Curbed PriceSpotter: Tribeca Loft, Giants Wanted

New, 39 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 3BR, 2.5BA pre-war loft on Laight Street
Square Feet: 2,420
Maintenance/CC: $1,537
The Skinny: After the drama of last week's PriceSpotter, we need to calm our nerves our bit. We need...a loft in one of Tribeca's best-known and dare we say best buildings (kaboom, we just said it). Though this condo has some mileage on it, the modern touches?there's more stainless steel in the kitchen than in the wardrobe truck on Iron Man 2?mean it doesn't really show any signs of aging, for better or worse. And how about the double-height action? We like a little head room. Don't forget to check out the floorplans in the gallery before guessing, because this baby has a lot going on. Building has a doorman, gym and communal roof deck.
