Coming hot on the heels of the opening of the W Hoboken, and as Hilton is reportedly searching for an NYC space for its new W-like Denizen Hotel brand, W parent company Starwood is suing Hilton Hotels for spying. The lawsuit alleges that two former Starwood execs who left to join Hilton last summer stole "more than 100,000 electronic and paper documents containing Starwood's most competitively sensitive information." In addition to monetary damages, Starwood is seeking a court order that could force Hilton to cancel the Denizen rollout. [WSJ]
