For perhaps the first time ever, the word "fuck" appears in a Real Deal story, and of course it's in connection with Yair Levy, the developer who'll be defined by letting his projects (Rector Square, Park Columbus) go to shit and attacking a business partner with an ice bucket. TRD tracks Levy's unraveling (running out of money had a lot to do with it), with one anonymous broker putting it fairly succinctly: "It was a boom, boom time.
