Over 50 new luxury residential buildings and hotels have been built or are under construction in Chinatown, according to a report, and longtime residents already wary of gentrification are now super-duper triple worried about the g-word. Says one, "Now you see all the new condos. They are very expensive. Local residents don't have the money to buy them.
