Brownstoner reports that the City Planning Commission has kicked off the public-review process for the long-planned rezoning of Sunset Park. Commish Amanda Burden says the rezoning is aimed at preserving the neighborhood's row-house character, and 'Stoner adds: "The rezoning would apply to a 128-block area and introduce new height limits while providing incentives for the creation of both affordable housing and commercial development where appropriate."
