Friends, the time has come to tie up the one remaining loose end: naming the bursted bubble bounceback. According to Raising the Roof, those speedy Brits have already come up with something: 'The popular buzz phrase in the metaphor-loving British press these days is green shoots, a reference to the possible recovery signs taking root in the country’s real estate market."
